Orders, Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All prices indicated are already inclusive of delivery/shipping, and assembly/installation, unless otherwise stated. Deliveries are for Singapore only.
We will not be able to accommodate delivery to certain hard-to-access district areas (example: Sentosa, Central Business Districts, Marina Bay Sands, etc). If your delivery area falls within these areas, please contact us via Whatsapp or call us first to confirm if we are able to deliver to your area before placing orders.
For condominium delivery, there will be an additional surcharge of $15
For Landed/Private property that require the furniture to be delivered via staircase due to no lift, there will be additional surcharge of $10/item/level.
If you miss your delivery time slot where there are no one at home to receive the product, or incorrect delivery address, there will be a re-delivery charge of $30.
If you need to reschedule your delivery date and time slot, please contact us at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery date.
We will not be responsible for clearing or removing any unwanted furniture for customers.
Returns
Please check and ensure that your furniture/product is satisfactory upon delivery. Please inform the delivery person if there are any defects found upon delivery, as there will be no returns after your product/furniture has been delivered and acknowledged.
